Georgia Beaumont x Sow Studio
A limited edition embroidered quilt created in collaboration with artist Georgia Beaumont. Made in Sow Studio’s South London studio, the piece translates Georgia’s distinctive botanical forms into thread, exploring the relationship between painting and textiles. Combining machine and hand embroidery, the quilt brings her fluid floral motifs into a new medium. Originally created for Georgia’s solo exhibition, A Place Time Cannot Touch, at Wilder Gallery, London, in 2026.
Georgia Beaumont (b.1996) is a London-based British artist whose practice explores the natural world through painting. Her work centres around the observation of nature, particularly floral forms and the changing seasons. Combining botanical studies with memory and imagination, her paintings feature intertwining stems, layered colours and flowing compositions that explore the relationship between nature, emotion and our surroundings.
Her recent exhibition, A Place Time Cannot Touch, drew inspiration from childhood memories of her grandmother’s home in West Wales, exploring the connection between domestic spaces, nature and recollection. Bringing together paintings and objects for the home, including the embroidered quilt made in collaboration with Sow Studio, the exhibition extended Georgia’s botanical imagery beyond the canvas and into textiles.
